Course Credit: Credit will be given for the following courses:
- Wilderness Expeditionary Skills - 3 credit hours
- Wilderness Camping and Travel - 2 credit hours
- Map and Compass - 1 credit hours
- Group Process - 3 credit hours
- Sea Skills (Sailing) - 2 credit hours
- Land Skills (Rock climbing or White Water Canoeing) - 2 credit hours
- Wilderness First Responder (optional) - 3 credit hours
Course Features:
- Emphasis on leadership and teaching
- On and off trail travel both above and below tree line
- Canoe expedition
- 10-day sailing expedition
- Choice of 9-day whitewater canoeing or rock climbing
- Solo experience
- Service project at Camp Susan Curtis
- 56+ days in the field
- Optional 9-day WFR certification
- LNT trainer certification
