Environmental Policy and Law CENTER for SUSTAINABILITY AND GLOBAL CHANGE Environmental Policy and Law majors are hound dogs for information. They have tireless energy for interviewing, networking and discovering new or hidden angles to complex problems and topics. They never stop asking “Why?” They read and write and talk with great energy. They are comfortable with science.
Environmental Policy and Law majors are deeply concerned with society’s ever-changing relationship to the environment. They are both critical of and believers in government and its practices and processes. They have a mind for law and a knack for negotiation. They are advocates at heart and have sharp analytical skills. They want to change the world and understand that it’s difficult to do.
