Information Technology Department What you will need to have: - Computer (PC or Mac).
- Ethernet Card and Cat 5E Ethernet cable for wired connections
- 802.11G capable wireless card for connecting via wireless (optional)
- Windows XP or Vista, Mac OS X or later.
- Antivirus – We provide Sophos Antivirus to current students for free. However, any current antivirus solution is acceptable.
- Microsoft Office 2007 for windows or Office 2008 for Mac (Office is sold in the campus bookstore at a reduced student rate).
What you need to do: - Instructions for connecting to the student wireless network are available here or by clicking on Student Wireless Setup in the green box. If you are connecting to the wired network, plug in to the wall port with an ethernet cable and open up a web browser to register on the network.
