Get connected
Expect to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Expect to learn some new and amazing things about the subjects you’re passionate about. And finally, expect an education that puts you on the career path you want, one where you won’t be stuck behind a desk all day. We’ll show you many sides of the environmental equation. We’ll support you as you explore plans and pathways of your own. It’s your four years. We'll help you make the most of it. So, when you’ve completed your degree, you can get on with it, toward a career that excites you. 

Get Ahead
Unity College graduates get jobs. Unity College graduates land positions in zoos, aquariums, wilderness recreation organizations, wildlife refuges, alternative energy companies and agencies, nature education centers, adventure education organizations, research institutes, aquaculture associations, and non-profit organizations, among others. We'll connect you with a network of internships that allow you to experience what it's like to work in your chosen field. Head off to a national park out west or a wildife refuge in Africa. Our Internship Program will help get you there.  A path to your passion.

The people who will teach and guide you at Unity College are experts and recognized in their fields. They're intensely knowledgeable and experienced. Some are Fulbright scholars. Some have served as advisors to government and global organizations. Some are from far away places. Some have deep Maine roots. What we all have in common at Unity College is a focus on nature and the environment, and a desire to get into it—heart, mind, body and all.

Get Welcomed
At Unity College, your professors are also your friends. Unity professors often open their homes to lead study groups or host dinners. They will know you by name and say hello when they pass you out on the nature trails. You will join them for pre-dawn bird watches and night lectures and concerts. you will join them in asking and answering important questions about the science and appreciation of nature.
