Friday April 18th during the Band night in the Tavern! Use Recycled Materials to Make an outfit!
Accepted Materials include :
• recycled plastic bags, bottles etc
• recycled paper products
• anything that is obviously trash
• recycled material from kites or tarps
Participants will be judged on:
• "wearability"
• most materials used
• style

Recycle Fest! The general public is invited to attend.
From 8 a.m. until Noontime, a demonstration of composting, recycling and sustainable fuel car show featuring grease powered cars / hybrids / and electric cars will be held outside Koons Hall. Members of the general public with sustainable fuel cars are invited to participate.
At noontime a slate of free concerts featuring Maine musicians will begin at the outdoor Amphitheatre. The concerts will feature performances by members of the Unity College music club from noontime until 2 p.m. From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., the bluegrass classic rock band The Nectaroons will perform.
The band JP and The Other Two, will perform from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The final band, Gristlestick, will perform from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. |

Senior Banquet
Unity College will host the Senior Banquet to honor and celebrate our graduates. If you would like to attend the banquet, please make reservations with Kate Grenier at kgrenier@unity.edu or call 207.948.3131 ext. 301.Reservations cost $25.00 per person and children under ten cost $12.00. Walk-ins are only accepted if room is available. There is room for up to 500 people, but there is no assigned seating.

Commencement
All guests should arrive early, as seating is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis for up to 900 people. There will be a reception after the ceremony on the lawn of the library if there is sunny weather and in the library if there is rainy weather.
