Registering for an Internship 

Please submit:

1. internship agreement which is signed by:
   - you,
   - your faculty sponsor,
   - the business office's Director of Student Accounts,
2. written job description from worksite,
3. resume AND
4. electronic version of the above (your internship agreement, job description and resume) submitted on a disk or as email word attachments to the crc@unity.edu
