UIP Worksheet and Application Instructions 

What you will need to complete the worksheet:
1. To determine College expenses, refer to the Tuition and Fee Schedule, for tuition, housing, dining and fees. Enter that amount as line 1 on the application form.

2. To determine the total credits, list all funds expected from College and non College financial aid sources (scholarships, grants, loans). Do not include student employment funds (e.g., work-study). Enter the total credits as line 2 on the application form.

3. Subtract line 2 from line 1. Enter the difference as line 3 on the form.

4. Download the worksheet file (pdf)* and complete the form to determine the monthly payment amount and the initial payment(s) due.
