By the end of this course you should be able to:

-         Know the acronyms of Verbal Judo and be able to use them,

-         Think through and respond to scenarios, i.e. oral boards,

-         Write a clear concise incident report,

-         Utilize observation and communications skills, such as listening, paraphrasing, questioning, and non-verbal,

-         Present a clear factual oral presentation, and

-         Research and write a well-organized research paper.

The following schedule includes scenarios. The dates listed for scenarios are the dates that we will be discussing that scenario. If a report is due for a scenario, it is also due on that same day. It is also possible that there will be a pop quiz on the scenario or any other material covered in the course.
