STILL LIFE: Good choice

Avaline Fairhayden follows her grandparents around a table after picking a bowl at Monday’s 16th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser at the Unity Centre for the Performing Arts. Unity College students and area potters donated 280 handmade bowls that were purchased and later filled with soup. Money from the event goes to the Volunteer Regional Food Pantry and People for People organization.
