Music of Morphine at Unity

Colley, Deupree & Lyons

New Orleans bluesman Jeremy Lyons, formerly of the Deltabilly Boys, joins drummer Jerome Deupree and saxaphonist Dana Colley, both former members of Morphine, in performing the music of that alternative band. Morphine was a Boston-based band, led by the late Mark Sandman, that combined rock with blues and jazz elements.

Next up at Unity College Center is Peggy Seeger 7 p.m. Friday, July 10. Tickets are $15; the concert is a benefit for Friends of Unity Wetlands.
