Unity College professor hits right note with wardens 

UNITY (Feb 7): John Zavodny, Unity College chairman of the Department of Instruction and Advising Services/Associate Professor and member of Team Green Monster which competes this weekend at the U.S. National Toboggan Championships, can add documentary songwriter to his list of credentials.

Filmmaker James Swan, Ph.D., is completing work on a documentary about California game wardens, to be hosted by film and television actor Ricky Schroeder.

According to Mark Tardif, Unity College Associate Director of College Communications, Zavodny wrote and recorded an original song for the documentary titled, “You Can’t Hide.”

Tardif said PBS and National Geographic have reportedly expressed interest in the final product.

When the documentary is complete, Unity College officials hope to have a screening at the Unity Centre for the Performing Arts.
