Located in the quintessential, picturesque New England town of Unity, Maine, the Unity College Center for the Performing Arts (UCCPA) offers its unique buildings and grounds as a rental facility to our friends in the local community, the general
public, and to businesses for private parties and special events.

Whether you are planning a wedding or birthday celebration, corporate event, retreat, memorial, family reunion, charity fundraiser, social gathering, graduation party, or any other event, the Centre may be a natural fit for your special occasion.

 

Rental Rates
Our facilities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with year round availability. For rates and availability contact our staff between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Unity College Centre for the Performing Arts
Built from a one hundred year-old barn with attached farmhouse, the Unity College Centre for the Performing Arts, is a vibrant cultural and performing arts centre that offers an eclectic mix of music, films, art, lectures, and other various events. This comfortable 200-seat theatre has a great sound system and houses an art gallery, reception area,conference and banquet space. Unity College acquired the UCCPA through the generous donation of philanthropists, Bert and Coral Clifford, in January 2007. The facility is available to rent for your upcoming event.
