Wood Hall is three story corridor style residence with 16 rooms per floor which open up into a central hallway on the 2nd and 3rd floors and 8 rooms on the first floor.
- There is a bathroom on each floor.
- On the bottom floor there is a large laundry/common room and a lounge equipped with cable television.
- Rooms are double occupancy with dimensions of 12' x 15'.
- Windows are double windows that are 36" wide and 48" high.
- The first floor of Wood Hall is coed while the second floor of Wood Hall consists of males only.
- Finally, the third floor of Wood Hall consists of females only.
