What is a Resident Advisor? The 12 undergraduate resident advisors live on campus in their residential community where they work to create a community environment, which is conducive to the personal growth and development of all residents. Their top priority is to promote healthy, safe, and mature communities in which there is a tolerance for diversity, respect for oneself, others, & the community, and a propensity for growth .
