Welcome to Residence Life
Our residential facilities are safe, well maintained, attractive, comfortable, functional, and conducive to study and relaxation. The inclusive residential communities celebrate diversity and strong community involvement. In the residence halls at Unity College you will find a community that fosters a sustainable environment that strengthens personal values and self responsibility. Ideas challenged? You bet! Limits tested? For sure. That’s how you grow. That’s how you know who you are. And that’s what makes it great to live here. Get into residence life and expand your education beyond the classroom. Make new friends with folks who share your interests in the environment. Discover your talent for guitar-playing and two-part harmony. Share socks, backpacks, books. Discuss environmental ethics, canoes, camping gear, biofuel issues, ski wax, favorite fishing holes. Our campus community offers six residence halls with comfortable double and single rooms connected by a common area. Living on campus makes it easy to roll out of bed and get to class on time. It’s a snap to get to the library, dining center, and all the great places to play. The Office of Residence Life is staffed by the Director of Residence Life, a full-time professional staff member and 12 undergraduate resident advisors. The RAs serve as personal, cultural, and educational resources for the learning process of the student outside of the classroom. Join 70 percent of our student body and make the Unity campus your home away from home. Get involved. Take the lead. You’ll like it here!
