How to Contact the Counselor
If you would like to speak to the counselor and can wait 24 or more hours, you can make an appointment in one of several ways:
1. Call ext. 317 and ask to talk to Julie Johnson. If you get her voice-mail, please leave a number and times when she can reach you or a time you will be calling back.
2. Call ext. 250 or 317 and ask a work study to assist you in setting up an appointment time.
3. Drop by the Health Center. If Julie is available you will come up with a mutually agreed upon time to meet, or you can check her available appointment times on the board outside her office.
If you need to see the counselor immediately or within 24 hours please contact the Health Center—ext. 250 or Counseling Service 317 and ask to speak with Julie. If she is unavailable, please tell a work study assistant that you need to see her that day. The work study staff will page Julie. You may then proceed to the Health Center to wait for her or leave a number where she can reach you.
