H1N1 Vaccine Clinics

When: Tuesday, December, 15th, 11am-12pm and 2pm-4pm (No appointments--walk-ins only)

Where: Unity College Gym

Available vaccine: Inactivated Injectable and LAIV Nasal Spray (only for 2-49 year olds who are not pregnant and who do not have certain medical conditions [i.e. asthma, heart disease, kidney or liver disease, lung disease, metabolic disease such as diabetes, anemia and other blood disorders, immunosuppression.])
