Important Information
- Enrollment in the workshop is limited. Register soon!
- Ensure your spot in the workshop with a deposit before June 1, 2010.
- Registrants after July 1 will pay a late fee.
- Registration ends July 16.
- Full payment must be made by July 16.

2010 Fees
- Tuition, room and board: $1000 if registered by July 1, 2010 or $1250 after July 1.
- Optional $25 Continuing Education Unit fees.
- If registering before June 1, a non-refundable deposit of $150 will reserve your place in the workshop. You will receive a bill for the remainder of the fee.
- Full payment must be received by July 16.
- If withdrawing from the workshop, we will refund registration minus a $150 processing and handling fee. There is no refund after July 16.
Payments can be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or check.
