Converted from what used to be one of the largest chicken hatcheries in the state, Founders Hall North and Founders Hall South contain classroom and office space and house most of the administrative offices of the College.

Founders Hall North holds the office of the President, The Provost of Academic Affairs, the Executive VP, the Registrar, Financial Aid, the Business Office, Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, the Campus Store, and the photo lab.

Founders Hall South is home to the Sustainability office, the art and ceramic studios, classrooms, and faculty offices.
