HOW TO ORDER A TRANSCRIPT
The Family Educational Rights and privacy Act of 1974 requires that all transcript requests be in writing, signed and dated by the person to whom the record belongs. Telephone requests CANNOT be accepted. You can assist us in giving speedy, accurate service by providing complete information.To obtain an official transcript, Download and complete the Transcript request Form, or send a written request that includes the following:
FULL NAME as it appears on your record. Please include your maiden name, if married, or any other name used while enrolled at the college.
STUDENT l.D. NUMBER (Social Security Number)
LAST TERM ATTENDED
ADDRESS to which the transcript is to be mailed.
RETURN ADDRESS and DAYTIME TELEPHONE NUMBER in the event we need to contact you.
Note: if you need your official transcript sent to you in a sealed envelope, please indicate. The transcript will be marked as "Issued to Student"otherwise.
After signing and dating your request, send it to:

The current transcript processing fee is $5.00 per copy with the first copy being free. Payment should accompany your request. If the cost changes in the future, we will not delay your request. The transcript will be mailed and you will be billed for any difference. If 10 or more are ordered at the same time, the fee is $2.00 each. Our FAX number is (207) 948-2303.We will gladly accept your FAX request. Please be sure to sign and date your request and include your home address and daytime telephone number. Transcripts will not be faxed.
Name Changes: To change the name on your academic record, you must present to the Registrar copies of the legal documents which indicate the name change.
Please Note: College policy prohibits issuing transcripts to any student indebted to the College. The issuance of partial transcripts is also strictly prohibited.
