Unity College Library Conference Room Policy
The conference room in the Dorothy Webb Quimby Library is maintained for use by the college community and is not generally available for public use. Priority is given to library events, meetings of campus committees, official campus groups, and student group activities. When it is not being used for these purposes, it may be used on a walk-in, space-available basis for student study. Campus groups may reserve the room by calling extension 328.
All use by for-profit organizations (e.g. use as a branch office by a professional) is prohibited. At the discretion of the director, the room may be used on occasion by not-for-profit groups for activities consistent with the Library's mission.
