Monthly Payment Plan
College is challenging enough without having to worry about paying for it all at once.
If your family has trouble covering payment in full by the July 15 deadline for incoming students or the August 1 deadline for all returning students, you may prefer one of our monthly payment plans. It gives you the option to split tuition, housing, meals and other college expenses for the academic year into 12 or 10 equal monthly installments. You can even have the payments drawn automatically from your bank account or credit card—no check to write.
No matter what option you choose, you can budget your annual college costs to fit your family’s individual needs.
You’ll pay no interest on outstanding balances under the monthly payment plan unless the account becomes past due. Once an account becomes past due there may be a 1 1/2% finance charge on the unpaid balance.
Don’t worry. You can estimate your education expenses now, and adjust them once you receive any new award letters or statements. (We'll work with you to ensure your estimates are reasonable, but you’re responsible for paying your bill even if you under estimate your budget.)
Complete and submit either the 12 month or the 10 month payment plan application and submit your payment option by May 25th for the 12 month plan or June 25th for the 10 month plan.
Periodic statements are sent for review of proper posting of charges and credits. Any discrepancies should be brought to the attention of the Director of Student Accounts immediately.
