Deb Keene, a practitioner of Ayurveda and Yoga, will share some healing techniques and information about how Ayurveda can be used during stressful times. She will bring some medicinal herbal teas to sample and Kitchari, a traditional Ayurveda rice and warming spice dish.
Deb holds to the traditional teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda which are the ancient natural health and healing sciences originating in India. She emphasizes the importance of individualizing the practices as well as aligning ourselves with the cycles and rhythms of Mother Nature.
Her passion is in guiding people of all ages to thrive in their health with a focus on "food is medicine" and daily lifestyle practices all geared to the unique needs of each individual.
