Hi there! Well if you’re on this page you can see it is about frogs. I only had a couple of months to work on the site so I did my best to include as much information as I possibly could—from the evolution and ecology of the order Anura to the anatomy & physiology and lifecycle. P.S. Check out the Ears/hearing page; it has a sound clip of frog calls.

Did you know....

 - there are over 5,000 species  of frogs and toads?

- frogs & toads cover the world except for Antarctica?

- amphibian ancestors were the 1st vertebrates to develop tongues?

This and more amazing frog knowledge can be found in the pages of this site!

So please enjoy the website. All pages have links to them so you do not have to keep hitting the back button to get to a different section. The pages also include photos. Most of the photos come from other websites and some come from my friends and me. If you are interested in using any of the photos, from other sources, please use the link attached to them and go to their original source [website] to see if you can; don’t use them from this site as I only borrowed them from their source, many are copyrighted, and I do not have the authority to just let others use them. Those photos that say they are from Caty Jones, Ellen Pitre, or Erin Milligan, send me an email if you are interested in using them and I will contact the photo’s owner to make sure it is okay.

My email is emilligan_87@hotmail.com, so if you have any questions about the site, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks & Enjoy :)
