With Unity Dollars or a meal plan, you don’t have to carry cash on campus and can even use the card at participating local businesses.

Meal Plans

For the 2016–2017 academic year, first-year Unity College students are required to have the 19 Meal Plan. Returning residence hall students, with the exception of Cottage residents, MUST select a meal plan, but have the option of the 19, 14, or 10 Meal Plan. Cottage residents are not required to buy a meal plan, but may choose the 19, 14, 10 or Bundle Meal Plan if they desire. Students with meal plans will have their ID cards swiped by a cashier at either Wyman Commons or the Student Center at each meal, deducting a meal from their weekly plan count.

19 Meal Plan

This is a worry-free plan that allows students to eat all 19 meals served each week: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Monday through Friday, and brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. This most economical plan on our list has proven popular, as students are assured access to nutritious meals. Unused meals do not roll over from week to week. This plan comes with $25 in Meal Plan Dollars, which can be used in Wyman Commons, the Student Center, to purchase meals for guests, or at local participating restaurants. Unused Meal Plan Dollars will be forfeited at the end of the academic year.

14 Meal Plan

Students may eat any 14 of the 19 meals served each week. Unused meals do not roll over from week to week. This plan comes with $100 in Meal Plan Dollars, which can be used in Wyman Commons, the Student Center, to purchase meals for guests, or at local participating restaurants. Unused Meal Plan Dollars will be forfeited at the end of the academic year.

10 Meal Plan

Students may eat any 10 of the 19 meals served each week. Unused meals do not roll over from week to week. This plan comes with $175 in Meal Plan Dollars, which can be used in Wyman Commons, the Student Center, to purchase meals for guests, or at local participating restaurants. Unused Meal Plan Dollars will be forfeited at the end of the academic year.

Bundle Meal Plan

This plan for dining on-campus is only available to off-campus students and residents living in the Cottages. It offers 60 swipes in either the Student Center or Wyman Commons. All meals must be used by the end of each semester.  Unused meals will be forfeited at the end of the semester.

Unity Dollars

Unity Dollars are an option available to all Unity College students and employees through your U-Card.  With Unity Dollars on your U-Card, you don’t have to carry cash on campus. You can use your Unity Dollars in the Wyman Commons, the Student Center, the Unity College Campus Store, McKay Farm and at participating local dining establishments like the Unity House of Pizza and Spanky's Pizza. The balance of your Unity Dollars will roll over from semester to semester.

Unity Dollars are pre-purchased with cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) in increments of $20.00 or more, with the funds placed on your U-Card student ID.
