In addition to our 4-week cycle menu, our dining hall offers three active cook-to-order Stations;  "Border to Border", "Stirrific Stir-Fry & Deli", and our evening "Pastabilities".  During breakfast the "Border to Border" station features made-to-order waffles with assorted toppings, eggs cooked to order and smoothies. At lunch we offer Indian, Asian, Mexican, Greek and Italian concepts cooked to order.  Our very popular Pasta Station is available at the "Border" during dinner meals. 

We also feature a large salad bar, grilled-to-order items, pizza and ice cream.  All our breakfast sandwiches contain local cage free eggs and 39% of our products are local.  Our cycle menus are posted in our dining room and on our menu page.  For those of you who don't make it to our dining hall during regular hours, you can request a bag meal in advance or eat a meal exchange at the Student Center.

 Bag Meal Option- Is your schedule in conflict with the dining hall hours or are you heading out for the weekend?  You can now receive breakfast, lunch and dinner in a bag!  Ask our cashier for a bag meal form, 24 hours prior to your need and remit completed forms back to the cashier on duty. 

 Meal Exchange Program - Late class, like to eat later than the dining hall is open?  Grab a meal at the Student Center between 1:30pm and 2:30pm or 6:00pm through 8:00pm.  Make sure you tell the cashier you are eating this meal exchange.
