Textbook purchases range from $350 to $500 per semester.  We work hard to gather a supply of used books to keep our price competitive with other sources, including online sellers.  Information on textbooks for the current semester can be found two weeks prior to the start of classes on the student portal.  Under the Course Information option, click on Texts for this course to view textbook information.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards(VISA or MC), cash, checks, UC Gift Cards and UC One Card.  Students using scholarship or financial aid funds to purchase books MUST see Jeri Roberts in the business office prior to purchase.

Textbook Return Policy--Fall 2008

All textbooks (new and used) may be returned for full refund of the purchase price subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers must have their sales receipt: NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND!!
  • Books will be accepted for return through the last day of the add/drop period-Tuesday, September 2.
  • New textbooks must be in new condition—no rips, scuffs, cracked bindings, etc. 
  • Do not write or highlight in books until you’re sure you won’t need to return them. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund at any time.
  • Books sold as a set and shrink-wrapped together must still be in the package and COMPLETELY sealed to be returned.
  • All textbooks MUST have the price sticker on the back.
  • Special order books cannot be returned.
