Collaborative Learning Center
Classroom and Study Space
Built in 2016, the Collaborative Learning Center has classroom and study spaces designed for improving learning outcomes.
The new building houses two large classrooms and the Collaborative Learning Center (CLC). The CLC includes six offices, a testing room, a group work room, an open work area, and an area for quiet study. The entire building is heated and cooled by high efficiency air source heat pumps which can be powered by roof mounted or offsite solar panels in the future. The building maintains Unity’s commitment not to utilize fossil fuels and is designed to LEED silver standard of efficiency.
