American Red Cross Lifeguard Training

LEARN NEW SKILLS THAT COULD SAVE A LIFE!
Our lifeguarding course teaches the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. By successfully completing this course and passing the exams, you will receive a three-year American Red Cross Life Guard Certification and a two-year CPR and Basic First Aid Certification.
Participants must be 15 years of age by the end of the training session. You must be able to: swim 300 yards continuously using front crawl & breaststroke; tread water for 2 minutes using legs only; demonstrate all required skills and rescue scenarios and pass a written test with 80% or better.
You must attend all scheduled classes.
