Jenny has extensive education and experience in the culinary world. From the Culinary Institute of America – Hyde Park, NY she holds both an AOS, Culinary Arts and BPS, Culinary and Hospitality Management. She also has a Wine Certification from The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Napa Valley, California, and has held internships with Marcus Samuelson at Aquavit and The Carriage House, Rye Beach, NH.
Jenny acquired extensive training and knowledge from her travels throughout Napa, Sonoma, France, and Italy studying wine and cuisine. Jenny brings a vast work experience to Unity College Dining, including previous position as Dining Services Manager at the University of Maine Orono, Catering Director at Eurest Ventana Medical systems, Director of Dining Services at the Freedom Inn at Ventana Canyon, Brookdale Senior Living, General Manager for Applebee’s International in Waterville, Maine, and Assistant Food and Beverage Director for Sheraton/Wyndham hotels both in Maine and Massachusetts.
Jenny has also been a Culinary Arts Instructor for both The Art Institute of Tucson and Le Cordon Bleu (Atlantic Culinary Academy) in Dover, NH.
Jenny oversees the day to day operations in Wyman commons as well catering coordination.
