Food stations make choosing meals easy and fun: from breakfast-all-day to the Mongolian grill, from soups to salads, from sandwiches to comfort foods. We provide nutritious and delicious meals for all types of dietary needs.

Our most popular food choices are:

  • The local hamburgers from grass-fed Maine cows.
  • Daily soups, such as fish chowder and black beans.
  • The Mongolian stir-fry, with you-choose-it ingredients cooked to order, or the ethnic cusine of the day, such as Sushi, Pho, or Currys.
  • Locally sourced beets. Yes, hard to believe, but true! They are delicious!
  • Ice cream from Maine dairies.

Food stations, not long lines

We provide food at stations, which makes it faster and easier to choose exactly what you want, without waiting in long lines.

The Mongolian Grill

Unique among schools in New England, Unity’s Mongolian grill is a large stir-fry steel plate that can cook up to 7 meals at a time. Choose your own meats, seafood, veggies, noodles, and flavorings to create unique food combinations. You choose the ethnic dish of the day, from Sushi and Moroccan, or even our station cook JaJa’s favorite home cooked Filipino recipes.

The Breakfast Station

Served from the Mongolian grill, have our cooks prepare an omlet or eggs the way you like them, and enjoy  the smoothie of the day with your breakfast.
