How do we find and recruit top talent?

Unity Environmental University uses a position viability approach to determine staffing levels, taking into account the size, scale, or growth of the SEBU or Enterprise. Human Resources, in collaboration with hiring managers and the President, handles all employee hires.

Employees can be hired to serve multiple SEBUs within the Enterprise or directly by a specific SEBU. In some cases, Enterprise employees may be dedicated to a particular SEBU, such as someone from the centralized Registrar unit exclusively working with the Distance Education SEBU.
